Most of our commercial work is TPO membrane, a single-ply roofing system built for flat and low-slope roofs. We tear off the old system, repair the decking underneath if it needs it, and install the new membrane. All four Jackson Street buildings were membrane replacements.

If your building sits inside Roseburg city limits, the permit doesn’t come from the city. It comes from the Douglas County Building Department. Their onitial plan review usually runs about ten working days, and once a permit is issued you have 180 days to start work.
