Repair or replace your Eugene area roof before it gets more costly.
Two out of three homes in Eugene and Springfield were built before 1980, and that catches up with a roof eventually. Flashing works loose. Shingles wear down from Oregon weather. Moss holds moisture against the decking. None of it looks urgent until the day it is.
Most of the time it starts small. You see a stain on the ceiling after a windy night, or you find a few shingles in the yard, or rain comes in around the chimney. July and August are normally dry here, and then the first fall rains show up the second or third week of September. That’s usually when people call us.
We work on older homes, commercial roofs, or brand new builds. One homeowner had a small leak that ran long enough to damage the structure under the roof, not just the surface, and we repaired that before the new roof went on. So if something has you wondering, it’s worth a look now rather than after the rain settles in.
A look costs you nothing, and you’re not obligated to hire us.
“I needed repair on the structure of the roof due to previous leakage and they repaired my older home beautifully. I would strongly recommend this group to anyone.”

A note from the owner
It’s a fair question. Roseburg to Eugene is a real drive, so why call us instead of a company five minutes away?
Here’s how I see it. We’ve been roofing since 1988, and Lane County is part of our service area, right along with Douglas and Coos. When we show up, it’s our own full-time crew, not day labor hired for the week. When you call, you get us, not a call center.
We put the estimate in writing, and that’s the number you pay. Customers tell us the final bill matched the estimate, and that’s what we’re after. If something isn’t right after we leave, we come back and make it right. We’ve done that even when the problem wasn’t our fault.
Get other quotes if you want. Then get one from us and see where we land.

“Price was for my new roof was good, in fact it came under what I thought. Also, had an issue after if was installed and the issue really wasn’t their fault, but they made it right. Highly recommend them.”

Why Eugene homeowners call a Roseburg roofer
It makes sense to look us up before you pick up the phone. Oregon law says anyone roofing for pay has to be licensed with the Construction Contractors Board. Ours is License No. 208077. We’re bonded and insured, and our crew is background-checked, not day laborers we pulled off a list.
We’re BBB A+ rated and accredited since June 2012, we’re an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, and we’re the area’s only IKO Premier Craftsman. None of that changes because the job is in Eugene instead of Roseburg. We write down a number before we start, and that’s the number you pay when we finish.
We know Eugene is a bit of a drive for us, so we get why you’d ask around locally first. What we’d tell you is the same thing we tell Douglas County folks: check our license, check the BBB, check the reviews, then call and compare our estimate to whatever else you’ve got. We’re at 4.4 stars on Google from 42 reviews, 4.6 on Yelp and 4.8 on Birdeye, and we’ve been doing this since 1988. A couple of those reviews are below, and you can read more here.
“Seemed to be one of the only local roofing companies that had any information listed with the Better Business Bureau”

“the crew returned at 7pm that night because the weather forecaster was saying rain would hit in the early morning hours and they wanted the roof tarped in to protect it”
“The day the old roofing was removed was nice and sunny, the crew returned at 7pm that night because the weather forecaster was saying rain would hit in the early morning hours and they wanted the roof tarped in to protect it. The men worked till 10pm to get the roof protected, of course the rain did not come.”

How it works
You call or fill out the form, and we come out for a free estimate and inspection. We talk through what’s going on before anybody talks price.
Then you get a written estimate. We schedule the job around your timeline and the weather, and the price on that paper is what you pay when we’re done.
On job day our crew tears off the old roofing, repairs any decking that needs it, and installs the new roof. Most homes take a day or two, depending on size. If rain is coming before we’re finished, we tarp the roof in. One of our crews worked until 10pm doing exactly that when the forecast turned.
When we’re done, we clean up the yard before we leave. That’s part of every job.

Our roofing services in Eugene
Here’s what we do, whether the roof is in Roseburg or up in Eugene.
Roof repair
Handles the everyday stuff. Missing shingles after a windstorm, a flashing leak around a chimney, storm damage that needs fixing before it gets worse.
“We recently had our roof replaced by Foley roofing. Del Foley and his crew did an excellent job, very professional , and efficient. Our roof was done in 2 days including the clean up and the price was very reasonable.”
Iambie Worsley · Google review
Roof replacement
Is a full tear-off, with new decking where it’s needed and a new roof on top. That’s the move once patching stops making sense.
“Del did a great job on repairing my roof. Honest and resonable.”
Jolene Cugley · Google review
Commercial flat roofing
Is mostly TPO single-ply membrane. We tear off the old system, repair the decking if it needs it, and install the new membrane. We replaced over 8,000 square feet of complex flat roof across four downtown Roseburg commercial buildings, and we did the full commercial re-roof for Oregon Pacific Bank.
“We had 4 downtown Roseburg commercial buildings that had old leaky roofs on them.”
Trevor Mauch · Google review
Roof inspection and maintenance
Is for selling your home or just finding out where your roof stands. You get documentation your agent and buyers can use.
Metal roofing
Composite and asphalt shingles, and new construction roofing.
Emergency roof repair
Around the clock, plus insurance claim assistance if you’re working with an adjuster.
Gutters
If you want them done at the same time.

Service area around Eugene. We’re only an hours drive away! We serve the Eugene area
Eugene isn’t a side trip for us. We work Lane County right along with Douglas and Coos, and the route up from Roseburg runs right through towns we already serve, like Sutherlin and Oakland, then on up through Cottage Grove and Springfield before we get to Eugene.
We’re based at 1056 Walnut Street in Roseburg. Our crews also cover Winston, Dillard, Myrtle Creek, Riddle, Glide, Winchester and out toward Coos Bay. Eugene sits at the north end of that territory, not outside it, so a job there is just another stop on a route we already drive.
If you’re not sure we come out your way, call and ask. We’ll tell you straight.
Questions Eugene homeowners ask us
Yes. Lane County is part of our service area, along with Douglas and Coos.
It depends on the job. Oregon requires a permit when all the old roofing comes off and new sheathing goes down. Plenty of straightforward re-roofs don’t hit that threshold. We’ll look at your roof and tell you whether yours needs one.
Yes. Oregon law requires it for anyone roofing for pay. Ours is License No. 208077, and we’re bonded and insured.
Most homes take one to a few days. We’ve finished full replacements in a single day. Size and weather both matter, so we’ll give you a real timeline up front.
We tarp the roof in. We don’t leave a torn-off roof open overnight with rain coming.
We run emergency roof repair 24/7, and we offer insurance claim assistance if you’re dealing with an adjuster.
Yes. You’ll get documentation your agent and buyers can use.
Yes. Cleanup is part of every job, and we guarantee it. Every estimate is free, and you’re not obligated either way.
“The bid and agreement process was straightforward and highly competitive, scheduling communication was proactive and workmanship by the crew was top notch”
“Del and team just finished our new roof project on the farmhouse at the Oakland Tree Farm. We are extremely satisfied with the work and give high marks to Del for making the process easy. The bid and agreement process was straightforward and highly competitive, scheduling communication was proactive and workmanship by the crew was top notch.”
— Kimberly Adams · Oakland, OR
We are experts in complex roofs, commercial, and our famous “1 day residential roof”
North of Roseburg, the farmhouse at the Oakland Tree Farm needed a full roof replacement. Del and the crew gave them a written bid before any tear-off started, so there were no surprises once the work began.
From there it ran the way we try to run every job. We kept them posted on scheduling, then the crew handled the tear-off and put on the new roof.
That’s the same process and the same crew we bring to every job, including the ones we do around Eugene and Lane County. You can read what the customer said about it on our reviews page, and see more on roof replacement.
