Reach us the way that fits your situation
Roof leaking right now, or did wind pull something loose? Call (541)-440-9518. We keep a 24/7 emergency roof repair line open for active leaks, nights and weekends included. If rain is coming, that often starts with getting the roof tarped in.
If it isn’t an emergency, the form works fine. Planning a replacement, need a pre-sale inspection, or just have a question about a stain on the ceiling. Office hours are 9 to 6, Monday through Friday. Calls, forms and email all land at 1056 Walnut Street in Roseburg, and we get back to people as quickly as we can.
No phone tree. Your call comes to our Roseburg office, not a call center, and Del, Taylor and Deb are the folks you’ll hear from.
“Good communication. Must be a great company because they are very busy.”

What to tell us when you call or write
You don’t need to know anything about roofing to call. A few details just speed things up.
If you can, tell us:
- Your address
- What you’re seeing: a ceiling stain, shingles in the yard after wind, a soft spot, or just an old roof
- Roughly how old the roof is, if you know
- Whether it’s leaking right now
- A couple of photos, even from the ground
- Whether insurance is involved
If you don’t know the answers, we’ll ask what we need on the phone.
We do the small stuff and the big stuff: missing shingles and flashing leaks, roof repair, roof inspection and pre-sale assessments, full replacements, and leaks that can’t wait until Monday. If a storm claim is involved, we can walk you through insurance claim assistance.
If you think your problem is too small to bother us with, call anyway. Looking at it costs you nothing.
“Del did a great job on repairing my roof. Honest and resonable.”

What happens after you call
No sales pitch, no pressure visit. Here’s how it goes.
- You call or send the form and reach our Roseburg office. If we can’t pick up, leave a message and we’ll call you back.
- We come out and get on the roof. The estimate and inspection are free, and you’re never obligated to hire us.
- You get a written price before any work starts, and that’s the price you pay. No surprise charges, and the final bill matches the estimate.
- We schedule the work with our own full-time crew, not day laborers or subs we met that morning. Many of our Roseburg re-roofs finish in one or two days, depending on the house and the weather. If a Douglas County permit is needed, the county’s initial plan review usually runs about ten working days.
- We clean up the job site before we leave. That’s a guarantee, not a favor.
Every job carries our workmanship guarantee. If something isn’t right, we come back and fix it.
“The bid and agreement process was straightforward and highly competitive, scheduling communication was proactive and workmanship by the crew was top notch.”
— Kimberly Adams · Verified Google review
“estimate was exactly what I paid, fast and efficient”
“Very friendly staff, fair and competitive price and estimate was exactly what I paid, fast and efficient (did our roof in one day)…They were busy with several jobs ahead of us, so we had to wait our turn, but very pleased with process and results!”
— Steve Colkitt · Verified Google review
Busy, but you will be heard
We hear this a lot: “I called three roofers and nobody called me back.”
Our crews are up on roofs most of the day, so you may get voicemail. Leave the message. It goes to our Roseburg office, not a call center in another state.
We’re often booked with jobs ahead of yours, and we’ll let you know where you’d land on the schedule. Active leaks move to the front.
We’ve been a family business since 1988 and BBB A+ accredited since 2012.
“His crew showed up and got the job done when they said they would”
“Competitive on pricing and excellent on timing. His crew showed up and got the job done when they said they would, and left the property clean when they were done. Excellent communication and workmanship.”
— Forrest Costales · Verified Google review
“constantly concerned about what we thought of the job making sure it was exactly the way we wanted it”

Who you are calling
Foley Roofing has been family owned since 1988, and it still runs that way. Del Foley is the owner and operator, and there’s a good chance you’ll talk to him directly. That’s more than 37 years of roofs around the Umpqua Valley, where the average home went up in 1975 and plenty of roofs are past due.
Taylor and Deb work alongside Del, including on insurance claims and negotiations.
The crew that shows up is ours: licensed, bonded, insured and background-checked under License No. 208077. No rotating subcontractors.
We’re an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and an IKO Premier Craftsman. More on our company page.
